Manhunt for ‘Belgian Rambo’ who has assassination hitlist

SPECIAL forces troops and police are hunting a heavily armed rogue sniper who has a hit list of 10 people he wants to assassinate. Jurgen Conings, who has become known as the Belgian Rambo, is said to be targeting coronavirus scientists and Belgium's defence minister Ludivine Dedonder.
